These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zandoup platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zandoup, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Free trials do not require a credit card.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the software, use it for illegal purposes, or resell the service without written permission. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Zandoup platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Zandoup. Your business data remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
Zandoup is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through arbitration if necessary.
