Everything you need to create your Zandoup account, set up your business profile and locations, and manage your plan and billing.

Create your account and business

Sign up, name your business, and get into the backoffice.

Zandoup is a private workspace for your business. When you register, we create your business, your first location, and your owner account in one step.

You can invite the rest of your team afterwards from Settings → Members.

Steps

  1. 1Open the registration page and enter your name, email, and a password.
  2. 2Enter your business name and pick your main location.
  3. 3Confirm your email address to activate the workspace.
  4. 4Sign in and follow the guided setup on your dashboard.

Sign in and reset your password

Log in, and recover access if you forget your password.

Sign in with the email and password you used at registration. If you forget your password, use the “Forgot password” link to receive a secure reset email.

Reset links are single-use and time-limited for your security.

Steps

  1. 1On the login page, choose “Forgot password”.
  2. 2Enter your account email and submit.
  3. 3Open the reset email and choose a new password.

Business profile, locations, and branding

Set your business details, add locations, and apply your branding.

In Settings → General you set your business name, contact details, and preferences. Under Settings → Locations you can add and manage every venue you operate.

Settings → Branding lets you apply your logo and colors so receipts and public pages match your brand.

Plan, billing, and add-ons

Choose a plan, manage billing, and enable add-ons.

Your subscription lives in Settings → Plan and Settings → Billing. You can compare plans, change your plan, and review invoices from there.

Optional add-ons extend your workspace with extra capabilities and can be enabled from Settings → Billing → Add-ons.

Taxes and ledger reconciliation

Configure tax rates and reconcile your financial ledger.

Set the tax rates that apply to your sales in Settings → Taxes; they are used automatically at checkout across the POS and online orders.

Settings → Ledger reconciliation gives finance-minded owners an immutable record to reconcile sales, payments, and taxes.
