Register and manage the physical devices that run your point of sale — terminals, registers, and customer-facing displays.

Register a POS device

Pair a tablet or terminal so it can take orders and payments.

Each device that runs the POS is registered to your business so you can track and control it centrally. Manage them under Point of Sale → Devices in the backoffice.

Once a device is registered you can assign it to a register and monitor its status.

Steps

  1. 1Go to Point of Sale → Devices and add a new device.
  2. 2Open the POS app on the tablet or terminal and sign in.
  3. 3Confirm the pairing so the device appears as active.

Set up registers

Create the registers (tills) staff open and close each day.

A register is the till your team opens at the start of a shift and closes at the end. Create and configure registers under Point of Sale → Registers.

Registers keep cash movements, sessions, and sales tied to a specific station.

Customer display & terminal mode

Show the order and total to the customer on a second screen.

The POS includes a full-screen terminal/customer display so guests can follow their order and total as it's rung up. It runs from the same device or a paired second screen.
