Items & inventory

Build your catalog, organize it with categories and collections, and keep stock accurate with ingredients, inventory tracking, and recipes.

Create products and variants

Add items with prices, variants, options, and images.

Products are what you sell. Create them under Products → Products, with prices, variants (for sizes or options), images, and availability per channel.

Group products with Categories and Collections to keep your menu and catalog easy to navigate.

Steps

  1. 1Open Products → Products and choose “New product”.
  2. 2Enter the name, price, and description.
  3. 3Add variants or options if the item comes in several forms.
  4. 4Assign a category and save.

Organize with categories and collections

Structure your catalog so it's fast to browse and sell.

Categories group similar products (for example, Drinks or Mains), while Collections let you curate cross-category groupings such as “Breakfast” or “Promotions”.

Manage them under Products → Categories and Products → Collections.

Ingredients and stock levels

Track ingredient stock, adjustments, and low-stock alerts.

Ingredients & Stock (under Inventory) tracks the raw items you consume. You can record stock movements, make manual adjustments, and set low-stock thresholds so you're warned before you run out.

Steps

  1. 1Open Inventory and select the ingredient to adjust.
  2. 2Choose “Adjust” and enter the new quantity or movement.
  3. 3Set a low-stock threshold to receive alerts.

Product inventory tracking

Track on-hand quantities for products you sell directly.

For products you count directly, Products → Inventory shows on-hand quantities and lets you adjust stock per product and location.

Recipes and cost control

Link products to ingredients to control food cost.

Recipes connect a product to the ingredients it uses, so selling a dish draws down ingredient stock automatically and helps you understand food cost.

Create and organize them under Recipes and Recipes → Categories.
