Create and manage orders

Handle dine-in, counter, delivery, and takeaway orders.

Orders can be created from the POS or the backoffice (Orders → New order). Each order carries its type — dine-in, counter, delivery, or takeaway — plus items, customer, and payment status.

Open any order under Orders to update items, status, or payment.

Draft orders and abandoned checkouts

Save orders in progress and recover abandoned online carts.

Draft orders (Orders → Drafts) let you prepare an order and finish it later. Abandoned checkouts (Orders → Checkouts) show online carts that weren't completed, so you can follow up.

Kitchen display

Send order tickets straight to the kitchen screen.

The POS kitchen screen shows incoming tickets so cooks can work through orders and mark them ready. Items flow from the register and online orders to the kitchen without paper.

Discounts and promotions

Apply discounts to orders and items.

Set up discounts in the backoffice (Discounts) and apply them to orders or specific items at checkout to run promotions or reward regulars.
