Add your team to the backoffice with the right permissions, manage POS staff, and run shifts and sessions.

Invite members and set permissions

Give each teammate the right level of access.

Invite teammates under Settings → Members. Each member gets a role that controls which modules and actions they can access, so people only see what they need.

Steps

  1. 1Go to Settings → Members and choose “New member”.
  2. 2Enter their name and email.
  3. 3Pick a role / permissions and send the invite.

POS staff and access

Manage who can operate the register.

Point of Sale → Staff controls who can operate the till and how they identify themselves at the register, keeping sales attributed to the right person.

Shifts and sessions

Track working shifts and register sessions.

Shifts (Point of Sale → Shifts) track who is working, while sessions (Point of Sale → Sessions) capture each open-to-close period of a register, including its cash movements.
